FAQs
Can I decorate?
Yes, bring your favorite decorations! You may arrive 30 minutes early to decorate.
What kind of food can we bring?
Quick food like pizza, nugget or sandwich trays allowed but nothing that needs to be plugged in or uses open flame to keep food hot like a buffet, catering, or crockpots.
How many people can I invite?
There is a 30 person maximum for parties (including children and adults).
How far in advance should I book my party?
Reserve your party no more than 60 days and no less than 7 days in advance.
What if the kids don’t want to leave?
Your private party room reservation must conclude at the scheduled time. However, your child and guests have unlimited museum access all day!
Can I get a discounted rate with my Discovery Science Place membership?
Yes! Members receive a 10% discount on all party reservations.
